This can be done by eating more citrus fruits like grape fruits and oranges. Lemons are also a good sourse of them. Another answerer mentioned omega 3 oil as a good sourse, so I suggest you eat more seafood as well. Lastly, I want to say you should avoid use of artificial sweeteners like aspartame and splenda, as these can hinder brain function more so than help it.

A lot of people advocate ginko biloba for help increasing focus. There are other herbs and herbal extracts which are known to do the same thing. You might want to check a local GNC or health food store and see what they have in stock for help in focusing.
