Is there an EASY, cheap way to send files over 20MB?

I would love to send it via email or yahoo, but I just can't figure out how! I need to send a powerpoint presentation but it's 21MB. Is there an easy way to make it smaller (without downloading some program to "zip" or "snip" or whatever)?

HELP!

Why not through Yahoo Instant Messenger?

The usual practice is send it as attachment. But with 21 mb , it is too large to be attached.
You have to reduce file size by converting it to flash. This method will reduce file size by 90%
