I agree with you that simply to quote what the Bible / God says in answer to a question is not a form of judgementalism. If God says certain people will not enter heaven, he is the one who has made that judgement, and that is his prerogative.
Judgementalism creeps in, however, when we point our finger at any given individual and add, "So that means YOU!" Or, if we imply that we (or our group) are meeting the requirements to please God, so that (by implication) you (and your group) are not. Unless we point out errors in a loving way that helps others, we will misrepresent God and not honor him. Only God can read the hearts of people (which is why Jesus read peoples' hearts when he walked the earth, because he is God). All judging has been committed to Christ and we will all answer to him on the Day of Judgment. So we do well to pay attention to what he says now, before it's too late!

If you have ever said the lord's prayer (Matthew 6:9-24), then you have prayed for God's Kingdom to come and for his will to "take place, as in heaven, also upon earth."
God's Kingdom will also affect people on earth. You are right, people will go to heaven, but the Bible makes it clear that righteous people will live on earth forever as God originally intended.
Pslam 37:29 says: "The righteous themselves will possess the earth, and they will reside forever upon it." Ecclesiastes 1:4 confirms this saying: "A generation is going, and a generation is coming; but the earth is standing even to time indefinite." These are just two of many.
Wouldn't you agree, if Adam and Eve hadn't sinned, they would still be alive today? The only mention of death was in relation to them sinning. Had they remained obedient, they would have had eternity ahead of them and there was no prospect of them going to heaven because God's original purpose was for man to "fill the earth" (Genesis 1:28).
Hope this helps.

I think you're looking for too much exact "fact" as absolute reference within the Bible.
Heaven - the Kingdom of God - "a community of love" is that which is built by the divine within each of us, when we live in a community of peace and tolerance based on the sanctity and divinity of human life.
We're built in the image and likeness of God - and He doesn't make rubbish.
The Bible can't say who's in and who's out - as we are *all* made in His image.
The Bible contains truth - no question - but it does not have to be factually correct to contain truth...

Jesus said that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the Pharisees, surely you will not make into My Kingdom. He's saying that although he wants you to be good, being good isnt the way to make it into heaven. The way into heaven is by forgiveness and truly believing in you heart that Jesus cam down to Earth to die for your sins.

We don't know where they will spent eternity. The scriptures teaches not to put anyone in heaven because it is God's throne; and no one in hell because it is His foot stood.
With that said, a person that refuse to except Jesus Christ as the Son of God and do not have their sins forgiven is said to go to hell upon judgment. But because we are not the judge, it is not our place to send them anywhere. They are and will be in the hands of a just God.

It is all written by people who were seeking to have or keep power over others. So they wrote what they thought people wanted to hear. Remember when the bible was written most people could not read or write so just writing something down made is in some way mystical

It is the truth, and some people don't want to hear the truth, so they call us "judgmental".
Now, it isn't up to me WHO goes to Hell, but I am certain by not acknowledging God and Jesus who died for us, we will surely perish.

It is possible to give guidance without condemnation. Just be care-full of your tone when answering these questions.
