Does it really work? What liquids are good to ingest, to maintain a health diet? I'm fasting in for the next 2 weeks and this is my first time doing this (religious reasons) and I don't want to mess up anything internally....Help

Here is my advice. Unless you happen to have a liscensed nutrionist come on here and answer this question. I would not take anyones advice. I am not a nutritionist, but I am a certified strength and conditioning specialist. To do what you are doing can wreck havoc on your body. I do respect the fact you are doing this for religious reasons. My advice is to spend a little bit of money, and schedule an appointment with a LISCENSED/CERTIFIED nutrionist. Do a little research on there qualifications. Good luck with it!!!

a liquid diet that has all the nutrients is OK short term, but not for a long period of time. I'd tell you not to do it at all if weren't for the religious reasons you mentioned.
