it is for Allah to decide only he know what is in a persons heart.
For what ever reason a Muslim may or may not help the community or even sin. A person may do good works just so others feel they are a good person yet in other parts of his life he sins and others do not know or over look it due to his other works. Yet Allah is more pleased with the person that does good works and does not boast about it.
A person may not know of the teachings of Islam, yet follows the teachings of another religion.
For all of these people it is for Allah to pass judgment. not I.

Entrance to heaven is based on belief and his ability to understand it. So if someone cannot understand the message they are not held accountable, they studied it then rejected it - that's the definition of understanding it.
A Muslim who doesn't pray does bad things is better than a pious atheist. Even though he may commit sins his belief will save him.
There is one Prophetic narration known as the narration of the card (hadith Al-Bitaqa) where a man is being judged on the day of judgement. His works are being weighted up on the scales, he has scrolls of bad deeds as far as the eye can see. He thinks there is no hope for him. Yet the was one thing he had. God says that he will not be dealt unjustly. An angel brings forth a piece of paper and places it one the weighing scales, it is about the size of a finger. All the ten scrolls of sins are thrown up into the air because of this card.
The man is shocked how did this happen? He looks at the card it says on it, "There is no god but God and Muhammad is his Messenger."
Some Muslims will be made to pay for their sins, some will be forgiven. All the Muslims who die upon Islam will enter heaven, inshallah.
Good actions without belief is a dangerous. If I can help you any further please contact me, there is a website below from where you can search for answers.

At least I got some very sensible qstns from such an asker who wants to know the truth. but one thing is muslims don't go CHURCH, they go to MOSQUE.
Right, first of all, I need to say that above of all is Allah and he can do anything he wants. So we cant predict whether he will go to hell or heaven. But in general the answers are as below:
1) One thing is that it's not only Muslim, who Allah thinks as His creation. Every human being is his creation. Every person will get the result of what he did in real life. If a mon-muslim passes a life and his belief is that yeah there is one god, and i should do what is good, and should not do what is bad, then that's good. Cause maybe Islam is represented to him in such a way, that he thought it's of no use. So no matter even he's not a muslim, Allah's view can never jump over his good deeds, his good deeds will definitely be accepted to Allah, the greatest. If allah knows him as a good person, who didn't follow islam but was genuinely away from bad deeds, his intentions were everytime honest, then Allah might send him to heaven, and Allah knows best.
2) Another good qstn. The thing I've got to say that every muslim's last shelter will be the heaven, BUT it doesn't mean being only a Muslim will directly send him to heaven. One thing is that a good non-muslim is 100 times better than a drunk muslim. Cause the non-muslim doesn't even know what Allah told us to do, but still his intention kept him away from the bad deeds. But the muslim was aware of the rules, but still he didn't care. So he WILL HAVE TO suffer the painful consequences, but later on after suffering the punishment, he will have a shelter in heaven. But remember the punishment won't be like two or three punches in his dick, the punishment can not even be imagined and ALLAH knows best.
3) Well, there is a superstition among some religious people (no matter what religion) that if u repent for what u did just before u die, you'll be forgiven. HUH!!! They think ALLAH the greatest is stupid, PITY ON THEM! If someone keeps doing bad things all his life, knowing that he'll repent for it when he dies, trust me, he will suffer the most DISASTROUS result. If he had done some good works in his life, then he'll be given a good result but later. And it doesn't mean all the sins that he did during his life having bad intentions and thinking of begging forgiveness to allah just before dying, will NEVER be forgiven and ALLAH KNOWS BEST.
4) The qstn has a bit problems. Cause in this fast paced life, everyone should be aware of all religions. but even still he's not and he did good things then he'll be rewarded definitely and ALLAH knows best.
Point to be noted:
Except prophets, saints and people those were good and killed by another people or in war (not the terrorism that lots of today's muslim people are doing by not understanding the Quran and Hadith properly) for Allah or in any kind of disease, all other people no matter how good things they did, will have to get some pressure in the grave, created by the soil. because of the reason that he didn't follow Allah 100%. But it's not a matter of a long time, after a while it will EASE and EASE. For bad people, the difference between the moment they died and the moment of judgement day will be 100000000000000000 years, but for the people who followed ALLAH, the difference might be less than a minute. and Allah knows best.
Hope that helped.
Thnx a lot frnd for asking some mind-blowing qstns.
Allah is the best.

God Almighty in all His wisdon and Knowledge does not deliberatley set harsh rules and regulations for his creations to follow. He knows the capabilites, weaknesses and strong points of every person.
1) If this person is conciously not a muslim and doesn't accept God and His last prophet then he will be punished accordingly.
2) Acknowledging Allah is the first step and is a must in Islam. Gambling and Drinking is forbidden in islam, so you are allready going against the teachings of islam and will be punished. going to the mosque and praying whilist drinking and gambling renders your prayers null and void and are merely actions without meaning.
3) To seek forgiveness on your last breath is hypocriticall, for someone who chooses to ignore God and His message and then is forced to accept through his mental and physicall weakness is uselss. He wil bepunished also
4) to lead a life with absolute no concept of islam or any other religion is ignorance, which is punishable, However if this person has only been portrayed the wrong image of islam and chooses not to follow according to what they have been shown then They will be judged according to what they have been shown This is not punishable.

In Islam we are never allowed to say somebody will go to heaven or hell. It is completely up to God to be the judge. We are not even to assume we will get into heaven.
However you should know that somebody who is 1. and is consciously not a muslim probably doesn't have a good chance. We believe that if you know the full, complete truth of Islam and turn away from it and reject it for worldly delights etc than you are basically rejecting God. When I say worldly delights I am referring to the fact that some ppl may know Islam is the truth but decide to be Christian because they won't get persecuted for being Muslim...and may have an easier time at life....not having to worry about interest (for example -interest on loans it's not allowed in Islam) etc.
2. Could be seen as a hypocrite--It is for God to judge. He knows every detail about a person and judges us individualy. He knows what is easy for us and what is hard for us.
3. It is never a sure thing (as always). But you should note that we are not allowed to live with the thought that when we are older or in a better situation etc that we will turn to God and then wait for the last minute.....it's still up to God
EXAMPLE: http://www.miraclesofthequran.com/predictions_02.html
4. If somebody has never been exposed to Islam or any religion (like out in some jungle somwhere) then they will be judged on those merits. Once again, God knows the situation. It is for him to decide.
God can forgive anything he wants to forgive. The only thing he said he will not forgive is shirk which is rejection of belief and putting partners with God (intesseors other gods etc). We are to be born with a leaning, like an inner compass towards God. If we reject and keep turning away eventually a veil will be on us and it will be like we are blind. At that point pretty much nothing could ever happen to get us to believe.
God knows everybody's individual story. He knows what you have been exposed to in life and what you have searched for.
You should also know that in Islam we believe that some ppl will go to hell for a set amount of time and then after they will obtain paradise. There are 7 layers to each and depending on how good or how evil you have been you will be placed at certain levels....but you won't realize the difference between them.
God's mercy is greater than his wrath. :D
I appreciate your questions.

Allah knows every individual inside out. Only he can judge as only he truly knows why the person committed a sin or carried out certain actions. It’s easy to say a person ' did this and that' but looking at why they did that and what life was like for them makes a lot of difference. It’s important to note that Hell in Islam is not permanent. A Muslim may go to hell and be punished but it may be that later on he may enter Heaven- if Allah wills.
Also, I’ve heard that there are levels in heaven. Where the highest paradise is where the prophets will be. Therefore depending on how good you lead this life also determines what level of Heaven you are at. And yes, forgiveness is an option and can be received with ease only if you truly repent as Allah is truly forgiving and can forgive anyone no matter how many sins they commit.
BUT like I said before because God is all knowing, he knows that the individuals who ask forgiveness just because they’re going to die is not truly repenting. Allah also knows the individuals who truly seek forgiveness and want to repent than those who don’t. As for generally good people who are not believers, well again God is fair and just. Again he knows the person’s whole life and if some one had really never heard of Islam then I’m sure Allah wouldn’t punish him just because of that. Though if the person knew the truth and then rejected religion then that’s a different story.
Also I would like to mention that punishment is not always after death. Many people get punished in this life now. Therefore they may have already made up for their sins they did. They also get punished in their grave - a sample of what is to come to them in the after life. Or if not then they would get punished after death. So it all depends really. But punishement after death is the worse.
Therefore we as human ourselves can not judge people because of their actions because we don’t know such people and only God knows very well what is fair for that person as he is all knowing and merciful.

Allah will Punish them accordingly... They already resieve some Punishment on earth as you can see.. but they will resieve more/less/ or not at all.. when it come to a judgement day.. it also depends on their good deed.. which is more or less.. But to those people who not yet get punishment on earth.. these is the correct time for them to realised it & correct it.. don`t take thing for granted.. To those who ask for forgiveness from Allah.. it is not yet to late.. Who never Prays.. batter Prays.. Allah wont assept you as a Muslim if you never do that.. Who prays in church like cristian are not a Muslims any more..

One hadith mentions the age of 30 or 33. Almost all others metion the age of 33. So that is the most reliable opinion regarding the age of the people who will enter jannah. As for "ugly" people, there is a hadith mentioning the beauty of abyssinian people in jannah. The radiance of their skin will be seen from a distance equivalent to a 1000 years journey. There will be a market in jannah where people will be able to buy faces and features of their own choices. There will be no hair on their bodies except on the head. Anything they will eat or drink will turn to musky sweat. A storm of light will arise when people will go to meet Allah. And when it will touch them , they will increase in beauty. When they will return, they will love each other more than they had loved each other before. Men women will be 60 hands long. Their nature will be like that of one man so they will never disagree or quarrel but will be happy with one another. As far as the grave is concerned, it is either a garden of jannah or a pit of hell. If a person is to enter jannah, he a window will be opened for him to view his palaces and destination in jannah. and a cool breeze will comfort him. His good deeds will surround him on all sides. But this will be in alam-e-barzakh. As for whether the rewards or punishments will be met to the body or soul, there is a difference of opinion. There are others who are of the opinion that a person's judgement day begins just with his death. Wa-Allah-a'lam

Look, only Allah knows what will happen to a person after His death. Allah (God) is Generous, Kind, Forgiving and Loving, we don't know what single act of a person will lead him towards paradise or hell.
But we are taught in Islam, that after a person's death, his soul is lead to another world or another dimension to live till the Day of Judment (Qayamah), this world is called "Aalam-e-Aaraf". A person's life in this world will be according to his worldly life. Allah is the Greatest Judge and He will decide who is going in hell and who in heaven.
The first and the second one, I don't know... God knows better. But one thing is for sure, a person who prays and worships but doesn't helps his fellow humans, his worship is useless, and Allah doesn't want such worshippers who are not good to their fellow humans.
A person who has led a life of crime and murder, if asks Allah for forgivenss even a moment before death, Allah will forgive Him.
The people who are theists, but are not muslims and belong to some other religion, if they are good, and virtuous, according to a verse of Quran, they can go to paradise.
But about atheist, I don't know...
Allah knows better....
Note: Muslims don't go to church, the name of the place where Muslims offer Salaah (prayer) is "mosque".

Allah is oft merciful and gracious. Allah by his grace will pardon any sin except the sin of associating partners to him(shirk).
to 1) Such person if he has not committed shirk then he will be amongst those who will be rewarded.
2) Such person will have to suffer for his sins
3) Allah by his grace may forgive him, but only Allah knows better.
4) If the dawaah (awareness of Islam) has not reached such person and if he does not do any act of shirk then I think he will be amongst those who are rewarded.
May Allah forgive all our sins. Ameen.
