It sounds normal unless they are all wifes and no exs but if ones your mom and her husbad and ones your dad and his wife that makes sence...I have 3 dads and 1 mom. My dad and his partner and my mom and her husband:)

Nope, you have one biological mom and one biological dad, and then "relationships."
Unless you are some kind of "experiment."
It is out of the norm, yes, but so is having one biological mother and one biological dad who are married and stay married for the whole time!

wwell Its really only possible to have one of each bu blood but I guess you could have step or honerary parents, depending on if your parents remarry or you religion.
