I don't smoke or anything or drink. Or chew tobacco so i am sure its not cancer. But It doesn't hurt.But where that spot is there is just this awful bitter taste. Its on the right corner of my tongue could it be from a bad tooth? Or what could it be.

Your best bet would be to go in to see the dentist. There is no way to tell what that patch is without a visual exam of the area. Unfortunately, you can't really go by the fact that it doesn't hurt.
Now I'm curious as to what it could be. I sure hope it's benign and/or easily treated.

Hmmm... perhaps it could be thrush? Have you been on any antibiotics or taken steroid inhalers? I know those two medications can trigger it. Go to you doctor to get checked out.

it could be that you may have burt your tongue...if it doesnt go away in a couple of days see your dentist...or even call the dentist and explain to them maybe they can tell you its not that serious or to come it..
