alie [not sure how to spell it but its pronounced alli] Its the only FDA approved diet pill on the market. Its more expensive but it has a lot of infomation that backs the pill up and includes a food guide [like what to eat each day] so your staying healthy. it should be on the market sometime in june. It use to be only aviable through prescription only but now its going to be aviable OTC. I know Target stores will be carrying it.

You said you go to the gym and have not lost weight you lose weight when there is your body gets less calories than it is used to. So in other words you have to change your diet. Did you taking soda off your menu can help you keep off 11lbs a year! You can eat the same things and still lose weight you'll just have to modify what you eat.

Eg:
Steamed veggies in water instead of sauteeing in oil.
Tuna in water not oil.
Taking the skin off chicken takes of 100 calories
Drink water instead of juice
Have a handful of nuts instead of chips and cookies

I know you asked about diet pills but the truth is that weight loss using long lasting diet changes is the absolute best way. I mean what happens when you stop taking the pills? You gain everything back plus some! Remember as well that diet pills all have side effects as any medication.
But if you are bent on using diet pills i hear meridia is good and helps you lose like 25 lbs. Talk you doctor about your concerns he'll advise you best.

Hello! Hang in there and think of the other benefits of working out: good health and great cardiovascular endurance. When I take the pressure off of myself, that is the only time I really see good results. But to answer your question, I used to use Relacore with good results as well as Lean System 7. Although it was a health risk, I sure miss ephedra. But I haven't used any pills in a couple of years and yes, it has been HARDER to get results. But those worked for me.

Diet tablets aren't nontoxic nor do they paintings. There isn't any healthful method to shed weight rapid. I need to say this 10 x an afternoon. Lose weight with pastime and a well vitamin. That is the one clever means.
