After about 10 minutes of driving I noticed that the fan was coming on while in Drive and the Temperature gauge on the dash was going up and then going back down to normal, I noticed that the Coolant Reservoir needed filled which seemed to me like maybe a leak, so I filled it up again, and I took it for a test drive again and the same thing happened.again, and the Reservoir was still full. Any idea on what the problem could be? Im taking it to a Radiator place tomorrow, just want to make sure that is the best thing to do. Thanks

Might be a stuck thermostat, if it is stuck closed than the coolant has no choice but to leak out of the weeper holes, that would be the loss of fluid, otherwise it would be a plugged or damaged radiator.

You just have air in the cooling system you could of done this your self drive the car up on ramps remove the radatior cap when cool then add coolant engine idling until all the air is displaced with coolant. Next time check the reservoir more often some times you can hear water in the heater core when you rev up the engine and let off the gas quickly. Air will get pushed out if the radatior cap is still in good shape and coolant level in the resv is kept between low and high marks. get a new radatior cap too.

If there's a separate radiator cap on the top of the radiator, remove it also with a cold engine to make sure it's filled to the top. It's normal for the cooling fan to cycle on and off in the summer months when the car is idling or in bumper to bumper traffic, but on the open highway, the engine depends on the forced air cooling blowing by the radiator and engine. One place you can develop a slow leak that you won't notice is under the water pump's pulley shaft where there's a weep hole that leaks when the water pump starts to fail.

Have the thermostat checked ...you might need a new one. One other possibility is air in the coolant system.
