Give up completely bread, pasta, cakes and any food or drink containing sugar.
Eat only small portions of meat, fish, etc., and plenty fruits and veggies.
Drink plenty of water and natural fruit juices.
Never eat too much before going to bed.
Exercise a little if you can, mainly stretching, slowly and in concentration.
Always keep in mind that you are reaching your objective, your lovely 36¨ 24¨ 36¨ ideal figure.
See continuously this beautiful you in your mind.
You will be surprise by the power of your mind.
Your subconscious mind will work very hard so as to transform you physically in that that you desire.
From the spiritual the subconscious mind creates the physical.

Are you genetically predisposed to have that body? Most women even at their most healthy are NOT shaped like that.

Live healthy, exercise and eat right, and enjoy the sexy body you were made to have.

Otherwise invest in plastic surgery.

Iam 5' 6" 1/2 and even at 123 pounds I have a 26" waist, a 38" bust and a 32" hip. And thats freaking skin and bones. Not everyone is shaped like an hour glass.

If you really want to look good focus on your body fat %. It's not about weight or inches it's about body fat%. See a nutrtionist and a personal trainer who can help you understand what being in shape is all about.

It's going to take hard work and discipline to get you where you want to be. It takes a lifetime to be fit and healthy not just a month or two.
