Just because you saw your 'lil' brother as you remark, he cannot help the way he is made, and at 16 years of age he is going to be taking what ever action needed to ease his situation with an erection, and he obviously appreciates that you are his sister, so he isn't going to want to relieve himself with you, as he is very probably just as embarrased as you are, just get on with your own love life and let your brother not have to worry, about being seen by his big sister. the penile size of your boyfriend shouldn't even enter into whatever equation you could be trying to make of your brothers size, he very likely isn't using his erection with any girlfriend yet, so again you still have nothing to think about.
Why would you want to tell your friends about him and his size, that's not fair either, so don't, well unless he asks you to, and that could be what you have to say to him the next time you have to talk with him..remember the basic rules of common sense, and he won't have a problem with his appendage, common sense demands that you observe it as a book rammed full of information for the guidance of wise people and the ignorance of fools..

Respectfully saying; just get over it,. the more you think about it the more difficult it'll become for you,... and, size may be important to some women, but it's not everything; it's what your BF can DO with it that really counts.
