I recently got a new tattoo but the ink bled a little onto my shirt (actually 3 of my shirts) and I'm not sure the best way to remove the stains. There is also some A&D ointment on the shirts as well. Any ideas?

The ink is still bleeding out today and this tatt was done Monday evening. I have 3 others that I have not had this happen with. The only shirt that was really damaged I don't care that much about, but if I can get the stains out I would like to.

You needed to treat them right away so you will not likely be very successful, but I always advise people to wear old clothes initially as this can and will happen.
Use cold water so you will not set anything in like blood. Spot rub the area with a stain remover and let it sit about a half hour before you wash it. Don't put it in the dryer - it will set it there, too if still present. Rewash following the same process a couple more times. After that, give up on it.
If the A&D got on your clothes, you used too much. It will cause a grease stain as well and may be hard/impossible to remove.

Tattoo needles are solid, not hollow. They are designed to push the ink into the skin. The top two layers of skin, the epidermis and dermis are where the ink is deposited. A tattoo is made up of the ink in the dermal layer, since the epidermis is the layer of skin you are continually shedding. Most of the ink that you will see coming from the tattoo in the first day or two is from the epidermal layer, so it's not a problem. If the tattoo is bleeding a lot, that is a problem and you should wash it thoroughly and cover it with a product like Tattoo Goo or neosporin if you don't have a reaction to it(some people are 'allergic' to neosporin). I just got my second tattoo yesterday and some tattoo ink comes over for the first day or two from the epidermal layer, but covering it with Tattoo Goo helps the healing process and decreases the amount of ink lost.

whenever my new tattoo ink bleeds onto my clothes i just wash the clothes and it comes right out. a&d sometimes doesn't which is why for the first couple of days i wear old shirts to sleep in and a "buffer" shirt between my skin and my good shirt.

There is nothing that will take tattoo ink out. I had ink bleed onto an item of my clothing and I bleached it and it didn't budge. The A & D ointment will most likely come out though.

When I got my tattoo the first night I went to sleep it was all over my sheets, I just washed it like I normally would with detergent, spray some off that "off" stuff on it and it came out fine

there is not much you can do to get the stains out. just call it a lesson learned and next time you get a tat wear something you don't mind messing up for the first few days.

I use Dawn dishwasher soap with my regular detergent. I've noticed it seems to work perfectly, especially on the A&D stains.
