I've been joking to friends that the way to solve the Social Security crises (older people living longer and having fewer children thus unbalancing the whole pyramid scheme)is to legalize all the illegals so they could pay into the system. In reality, how much of an impact would this actually have? (Real numbers please, or links to sites where I can find them not just opinions.)

But did you realize that most people drawing SS at this time, started paying into it at a young age? So they paid into it for years and years.

If SS was doing what it was designed for it would be great.But it is a giant pool of money that our Lawyers and elected Officials,feel the need to get their sticky fingers on.Try www.corruptioningovt.com.

There is hardly a SS now...they would suck it dry.
