And what about some suger to sprinkle on him too. maybe the ants crawling on him to eat the sugar will make him put some clothes on next time, or at least some shorts so we don't have to see his naked naughties next time.

Not only is that an acceptable practice, but it's quite common. My neighbors did that to me last weekend. There was a slight twist, though, as they substituted LOSER with NINCOMPOOP (I have a huge forehead).

Ooh, you hate your neighbor too?? I despise my neighbor so I know what you're talking about in here. When I walk my dog, I pass by his window and I yell out "LOSER!" . I dont know if he hears me though. The ant thing sounds good. Just make sure he doesn't see you.
