My personal favorite is the Anima Christi as follows:
Soul of Christ, sanctify me
Body of Christ, save me
Blood of Christ, inebriate me
Water from Christ's side, wash me
Passion of Christ, strengthen me
O good Jesus, hear me
Within Thy wounds hide me
Suffer me not to be separated from Thee
From the malicious enemy defend me
In the hour of my death call me
And bid me come unto Thee
That I may praise Thee with Thy saints
and with Thy angels
Forever and ever
Amen

FatherK, I also love the prayer of St. Francis, especially when sung. Thank you and God bless.

The serenity prayer is a good one as well. And riven, even as an atheist, at least the things in the serenity prayer can still pertain to you. Everyone could use some courage, wisdom and acceptance. Thanks for answering.

pastorbilly, I've always loved that prayer too, especially knowing that those most in need of it are benefited.

president, I love that prayer but must admit that I'm not familiar with it. What a great way to begin each day, totally surrendering to His will. Thanks so much, peace be with you.

I love the Chaplet of Divine Mercy. But my favorite prayer is the one below. Since I started praying it regularly, so many beautiful and amazing changes have happened in my life.
A PRAYER TO THE HOLY SPIRIT
(By Cardinal Mercier)
I am going to reveal to you the secret of sanctity and happiness. Every day for five minutes control your imagination and close your eyes to all the noises of the world in order to enter into yourself. Then, in the sanctuary of your baptized soul (which is the temple of the Holy Spirit) speak to that Divine Spirit, saying to Him:
O Holy Spirit, beloved of my soul, I adore You.
Enlighten me, guide me, strengthen me, console me.
Tell me what I should do; give me Your orders.
I promise to submit myself to all that You desire of me
and to accept all that You permit to happen to me.
Let me only know Your Will.
If you do this, your life will flow along happily, serenely, and full of consolation, even in the midst of trials. Grace will be proportioned to the trial, giving you the strength to carry it and you will arrive at the Gate of Paradise, laden with merit. This submission to the Holy Spirit is the secret of sanctity.

From a former Catholic and current atheist, I'll say that my favorite prayer as a Catholic was the Serenity Prayer:
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
courage to change the things I can,
and the wisdom to know the difference.

Pastor Billy says: yes the Soul of Christ prayer is incredible I think highly of the Fatima Prayer which is recited in the Rosary.
Oh my Jesus forgive us our sins,
save us from the fires of hell,
lead all souls to heaven
especially those in most needof your mercy.
Amen

The Magnificat I think is my favourite.
Also the ending of the Night (Compline) Prayer in the liturgy of the hours is something that I am really fond of.
"May the almighty Lord grant us a quiet night and a perfect end."

Saint Michael the Archangel,
defend us in battle.
Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil.
May God rebuke him, we humbly pray;
and do Thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Host -
by the Divine Power of God -
cast into hell, satan and all the evil spirits,
who roam throughout the world seeking the ruin of souls.
Amen.

Lord, make me an instrument of your peace.
Where there is hatred . . . let me sow love
Where there is injury . . . pardon
Where there is doubt . . . faith
Where there is despair . . .hope
Where there is darkness . . . light
Where there is sadness . . .joy
Divine Master,
grant that i may not so much seek
To be consoled . . .as to console
To be understood . . .as to understand,
To be loved . . . as to love
For it is in giving . . .that we receive,
It is in pardoning, that we are pardoned,
It is in dying . . .that we are born to eternal life
