Haven't moved actively much lately due to examinations, and whenever I actually do a little exercise, I get all dizzy and feel sick in my stomach, and any little turns I do makes me so bloody dizzy as well- any steps to regain my fitness again?

Start slowly. Don't change from sedentary to active in one step. Your body will adjust to the exercise load but you have to give it time to adjust.

For example, start with walking or some kind of light exercise. Walk a little bit and then walk a little bit more and then start jogging / walking / jogging and then slowly decrease the walking portion until you can jog continuously and then slowly increase the distance you run.

Swimming is also a good way to start because you don't have to support your body weight.

Any activity is good and the key to sustaining it is to find something you like.

Well, take it one step at a time, don't do any difficult exercise, and try not to eat anything before you exercise.
