Wikihow.com has a helpful page on this topic: search rebuilding skin's collagen, enhance skin elasticity, etc, and it should come up. They suggest a specific product.
Drink 6-8 8oz glasses of water a day, eat well, exercise, it an over-all healthy body helps.
Personally I've been using a pure aloe skin gel, which soaks in immediately, and lightens the stretch marks much more effectively than cocoa butter.
I hope this helps. Most of all, don't let it get you down!

If you have them there is not much except Palmer's lotion and vitamin E oil to minimize the discoloration and texture, but don't expect miracles. Outside of laser treatments, the veins are there to stay. Do you have light tone skin? A slight tan can also help reduce the visual effect.

for stretch marks i use Cocoa Butter Formula, massage lotion for stretch marks. I use it at least twice a day, after I get out of the shower and before bed. It hasn't made them disappear... but they never will go away. But it seems to reduce the appearance :) About the spider veins if they are really bad and you have the money you can go get them "removed" which all they do is collapse them. hope this helps!

Creams rich in Vitamin E are said to be best at making them less noticable. There's also this Cream called "Bio Oil" I've read about that's good. Sorry,I dont know about the whole veins thing, but I don't think you can make them smaller.

Yeah I got those too in pregnancy. Nothing but laser surgery takes away stretch marks. There are ways to fade them faster, some skin creams, but to get them gone its laser surgery. As for your veins, my mother in law has those and they are painful. You can have them "stripped" but that is not a gurantee that they will not come back. Talk to your MD about these. There are options out there for you.
