Take it slow, ask him out for drinks or something light..Nothing too relationship like...Take a chance ask him out and see where it goes. If he is showing interest, he likely is and just doesn't know how to express it.

I understand what you are going through. I am going through the same thing. If you like him take my advise and ask him what it is that he wants in a young woman,and you need to know for yourself if he is want you want in a man? And if you think he is worth dating .

if he shows up everywhere you are, then you can get close enough for him to talk to him. Or just lightly bump into him...and look into his eyes, always make eye contact...
