I would say it depends on the relationship he has with the kids, and you guys as a family. Ive been with my boyfriend for one year...My kids 4 and 2. My kids know that he is not daddy. But my bf loves them and helps take care of them as if they are his own. So I plan on doing something for my bf for fathers day.

I wouldn't unless your kids consider him a father figure and not just some dude boinking their mom.

If he cares for and looks after your kids then yes absolutely. If it's not going to freak him out of course.
