i saw that phrase somewhere and the thing i understand is francais which means french & parle which i think means speak or understand. correct me if im wrong but i was just wondering. thanks!

I'm not sure, but I think you had better say ''Je parle un petit peu le français'' because, then, the adverb comes right after the verb...

It means: I speak a little bit of French.
Je parle = I speak
Francais = French
Un petit peu = just a little bit (or not that much, freely translated)
