The LORD possessed me in the beginning of his way, before his works of old.
I was set up from everlasting, from the beginning, or ever the earth was.
When there were no depths, I was brought forth; when there were no fountains abounding with water.
Before the mountains were settled, before the hills, was I brought forth "

Verse 30-31 reads---"Then I was beside Him as a master craftsman;
And I was daily His delight,
Rejoicing always before Him,
Rejoicing in His inhabited world,
And my delight was with the sons
of men.

To bigvol---How could this be God talking? The verses say that the LORD possessed me (Some translations say created me)
No one created God or possessed him , nor did anyone set him up or bring him forth. It is Jesus who says these words, not God.

This scripture is a beautiful description of the Son of God, whose fondness for mankind moved him to give his life as a ransom in their behalf!—John 3:16.
This passage cannot be speaking merely about divine wisdom or wisdom in the abstract because the wisdom that is here described was “produced,” or created, as the beginning of Jehovah’s way. Jehovah God has always existed and has always been wise. His wisdom had no beginning; it was neither created nor produced. It was not “brought forth as with labor pains.” Furthermore, this wisdom is said to speak and act, representing a person.—Proverbs 8:1.
The book of Proverbs says that long ago wisdom was beside the Creator, as “a master worker.” That certainly applies to Jesus. Long before he came to earth, Jesus worked so closely with Jehovah that God’s Word says: “He is before all other things and by means of him all other things were made to exist.”—Colossians 1:17; Revelation 3:14.
Depicting the Son of God as wisdom is appropriate, since he was the One who revealed God’s wise purposes and decrees. During his prehuman existence, Jesus was God’s Word, or Spokesman. (John 1:1) He is described as being “the power of God and the wisdom of God.” (1 Corinthians 1:24, 30)

Yes. The Son’s share in the creative works, however, did not make him a co-Creator with his Father. The power for creation came from God through his holy spirit, or active force. (Ge 1:2; Ps 33:6) And since Jehovah is the Source of all life, all animate creation, visible and invisible, owes its life to him. (Ps 36:9) Rather than a co-Creator, then, the Son was the agent or instrumentality through whom Jehovah, the Creator, worked. Jesus himself credited God with the creation, as do all the Scriptures.

If Jesus had a finite beginning, was “created,” “set up,” “brought forth,” though long before his earthly birth, how could he be coequal with the Father in eternity? Additionally, only a creature (hence, one who had a beginning) could say: “I live because of the Father.” John 6:57.

In some Bibles like the King James, it says "possessed" (from the Hebrew Qa·nah′) at Prov. 8:22. Qa·nah′ can convey the sense of either “acquire (possess)” or “produce.” (Gen. 4:1; Deut. 32:6; Ps. 139:13; Neh. 5:16) But the context here points to the rendering “produced” or “created,” since verses 24 and 25 speak of Wisdom as being “brought forth as with labor pains.”

Your question is not clear, so I'm not sure what kind of answer you are looking for. However, the reason there are similarities between quotes from the Buddha and Jesus is because Jesus studied Buddhism for a number of years which is not accounted for in the Bible.

God created Jesus ( Michael before coming to earth)
Through Jesus as his master craftsman Jesus made all other things for his father as his father instructed. And Jesus was His fathers delight..He truly was a very dutiful and obedient son.

Proverbs gets dated a long time before Jesus, so not likely to be a quote. Presumably Jesus knew this text. Sounds like a general testament to the omnipotence of God and maybe a kind of predestination.

Solomon wrote much of Proverbs.

Chapter 8 "The Excellence of Wisdom"

This is what I know of the specific scriptures you are asking about.

These verses describe wisdom's role in creation. The Hebrew verb for possessed can mean "brought forth" or "created". (see Genesis 14:19)

God who is ever wise produced wisdom. God, who possesses all knowledge brought forth knowledge. Wisdom had a beginning only in the sense that God singled it out for special display at that time. . .as it is one of God's perfections it has always existed (see verse 23).

These verses also provide part of the background of the NT portrayal of Christ as the divine word and as the wisdom of God.

Yes.
Wisdom personified claims credit for everything that God created ( See John 1:1-, Jesus has always been here ), so that wisdom was first, as God was eternally first. Christ used His eternal wisdom in creation.

Yes, I believe He is. Since God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit were present and active at the creation, it's easy to hear His voice in this Psalm.

No, this was written by Solomon, exhorts to study wisdom, persuades to a sincere familiarity with wisdom. 12-36 tells us, I wisdom dwell with prudence, which means literally, to inhabit. Wisdom has settled down and taken up her abode with prudence. Prudence is right knowledge for special times which, if understood, can do much better a man's position in the arena of human affairs.

Npe- Mishlei (Proverbs) was written by King Solomon and a few others also contributed- but this was 700-800 years before Jesus was born- and thus had NOTHING to do with him- just as no Jewish scriptures have nothing to do with him!
