you have to be consistent with your diet and eat well over 3500 calories a day to gain weight...it'll happen eventually

Increase your food intake and do weight lifting. Complex carbs are VERY important for weight gain. Yams are ones of the best things you can eat for it. Also, try to eat 6 times a day. That way you can get in more food. Not to mention it's healtier anyway. If you want to tone your legs, do about 50 squats 5-6 days a week. And don't forget your 3 a day of milk!

Yes, I know how to put on weight, it worked very good for me: drink Ensure, a dietary supplement, it has around 360 calories, I used to drink one in the morning, one in the afternoon and one at night before going to bed for 3 months and I gained weight...I think you should try it.

add about 10-15% more cal per day, not junk but protein and clean carbs. that and you will have to start lifting weights,
the heavier the better.
that or if you don't care about what the weight is, potato chips works too.

Eat extra, endeavor much less is the common rule. But significantly do not reap it the WRONG means by means of like lots of quick meals, and plenty of icky meals prime in ldl cholesterol and terrible stuff for you to most effective make you unwell. Foods prime in fats however are healthful like peanut butter and oils and stuff and pasta and purple meat that could support...Eat meals prime in energy however do not cross overboard. You do not wish to get overweight. ;) Lol xxxxx

Yeah, I seem to be pretty good at it.
Try sugar sodas, and McDonalds for every meal of the day. Remember to Supersize it!! Don't forget that candy bar for dessert.
