Here’s the deal! A good friend of mine went to Florida to help her sick mom. Her Mom suffers with Kidney problems and for 2 weeks she stayed in a coma and was able to overcome it, and now is on her way to recovery.

But here’s the catch, her Mother mentioned to her a couple of days ago, that before she slipped away into the coma, she saw this lady come to her in a dream and the woman said to her “That I’m here, and I’m here to hurt you”. This same woman that she visualized in her dream, actually lives in Haiti, and was visiting her boyfriend that lives with Cynthia and her mom. So she called me last night and told me the guy still lives there with them and she thinks him and the woman is practicing witchcraft aka. Voodoo. The woman is coming back to visit her boyfriend that lives with Cynthia and her mom, for a visit in August. Cynthia wants to tell the guy to leave their house, but she’s afraid to because she thinks that he might practice Voodoo to hurt her and they may eve

The mom had an illusion prior to slipping into a coma. It's not voodoo.

Voodoo and the like is VERY real......I don't understand my brothers and sisters in Christ in here saying it isn't....

What, do you all view Christianity the same way a person whom joins the military for the benefits and that it "looks good" on a resume, etc.,. and NOT expect to fight in anyway or possibly get hurt?

Voodoo is just one of the names of the practices/belief's which uses the principalities of darkness....

Questioner...is Cynthia a Christian? Is her mom? Are YOU?

Whether they are or not, you can use YOUR Faith to help your friend and her mother....you can actually "claim" them for Jesus and cover them with the blood of Jesus and intercede in prayer with the authority to protect them till your friend and her mom are able to do it for themselves.

I too will pray....and each of the Christians here whom know how to PRAY could do the same....doesn't matter how much any of you know...just add your prayers against that which is trying to destroy 2 people!(For by hurting the Mom, it is also an attack against the daughter....and, even the friend whom is asking this question)

Peace be with you :)

* feel free to e-mail me if you feel you'd like to discuss more :)

*note to others: yes, it can be said it is in the mind....but once invited into the mind, the rest of the body can be "invaded" by that which was brought in, and many more besides....the "mind" is a place where it is easiest for satans destruction can BEGIN....at this point, the damage has already become more than a "threat"....go to God about this, do not take my word or anyone elses as "truth" until you ask for yourself. I too am 1st going to go in prayer to find out if this be story or truth, then act accordingly. Peace :)

Several things:

First, your friend's mother might have had a contact with a spirit who tried to warn her about the danger, and that's a natural phenomena.

Second: there's no reason to be afraid of voodoo, because those things only work if the victim doesn't have Faith enough, or is afraid of it. Se can protect herself with prayer, and that's what prayer is for, to make us strong spiritually. She can pray to God or to any entity she trusts. There is a powerful prayer to Saint George that is very appropriate for that kind of protection your friend needs. If you want, I'll give it to you.

Third: as soon as she feels spiritually strong and protected, she can ask or demand that this person moves out, if that's what your friend's mother wants. Nothing bad will happen if she has faith, but faith is something that needs practice too, by praying and by meditation.

Fourth: Tell your friend and her mother to forgive them and act all the time with love in their hearts. After they are gone, is good to pray for them and for their happiness.

Peace!

I think your friend's mother just had a strange dream before she went into a coma. You have to think about all the brain can do and if there is a little problem with the wiring so to speak, some weird things are going to happen.
I also believe that if the mother is thinking to the point of believing that these people are cursing her then she will show signs of such...the mind is a powerful thing.

She had a dream, that is all.

Did she ever have a dream about flying? Does that mean she can fly?

Did she ever have a dream about being chased? Does that mean that someone is after her?

Did she ever have a dream about being in public in her underwear or naked? Does it mean that is actually going to
happen?

Dreams are the subconscious brain interpreting your memories and what is happening to you body. Being in a coma is not a comfortable thing. People stick needles into you, you get pressure points etc. but can't move. You mother's subconscious pulled this lady from her memory, for whatever reason, and tied her into the physical discomfort her body was undergoing.

Forget it, it was just a dream. Voodoo is all in the mind.

I hope her mum does well.

Sounds like your friends mom is suffering, and is giving this supposed voodoo woman power thru her fear. Tell her voodoo has no power over her, she gives it power thru fear and fear alone. Voodoo feeds on fear and ignorance. Kind of like when a doctor gives a patient a placebo, and the patient thinks the medicene is working, yet its only working because the patient is making it so.

Jesus Christ is more powerful than Satan. Tell her mother to have the Holy Bible with her at all times and claim the promises of Jesus to go with us to the end! There is power in prayer - get as many people as possible to pray for the woman.

voodoo only hurts those who believe in such nonsense. it is not magic at all, but real phisical damage. call the police! most of all ask for Gods help.

More than anything else, fears will manifest. If we are fearful of any kind of following (voodoo) then we will manifest our fears of spells, etc.
