how do u know if u are sick or not with out a thermomerter.i think im just hungery but my uncle said he felt sick whenb i went to my cosions he said he feels like hes gonna throw up and he said he needed the air on so we put the air on and he felt better

Overheating (such as when your uncle needed air) can cause nausea. It's also possible to be so hungry that you don't know you're hungry: You feel sick.
In any case, ginger ale will harm nothing, and it might even help. If it doesn't, you've got a problem.
