brightness??? low or high???

Question

am pretty confused about this....some people say that we should have low brightness,whereas some say that it should be low....

nd also,they say so of the contrast??? should it be low or high???

Moderate to low brightness will extend the lifespan of your screen.

Adjust contrast according to how it looks to you. Most monitors have an auto-adjust button that works pretty well.
