Get an MP3 player, and run somewhere fun with a good view. Make sure to streach and ease into it.

Do not really know if you can be forced to love running, the only thing I can think of is running with a group of friends,or if you are running at a track try running in the woods (nature trails)or the beach if you are near one, fortunately where I live I can do both I live in the panhandle of Florida and this area offers a wide variety of places that you are able to run.If you are just beginning do not over do it,gradually work your way up to the longer distances.Good Luck

Experiment on what works for you. Try road running, trail running, hooking up with a buddy, alone, with music, just anything. Any variable you can adjust, play with it and see what you like. Up until a year ago, I ran because I felt an obligation, but I switched from roads to trails with a new group of crazy friends, and I'm now running because I want to, not because I feel it's expected of me. Good luck!

I HATED running until I got better at it. Once I started doing distances over 10-miles I felt really good about myself and it also helped me feel better in the mornings. As I bettered my race times I also started to love it more. However, during a half marathon on a 90-degree day with 78% humidity, a little of that hatred manages to find its way back into my brain lol...
The more you run and the better you feel the more you will enjoy it. Make running friends, they help too! Beuatiful scenery and time to yourself are big sellers as well.
Good luck!
