despite if this is a small section - then basically cut back out that fur - it will enhance back. If that's larger - this is truly helpful to objective to confirm what he have been given into and seem for a particular answer for that substance. probably verify your interior of reach puppy furnish shop (PetCo or PetSmart) for a canine specific shampoo which will help do away with sticky components.

thye are breeding and no you can not seperate them. you will probably have pups in 63 days. The dogs penis swells to insure insemination and in a short time maybe 1/2 hour give or take a little the penis will go back down.
i would strongly suggest you take both in and have them fixed there is also a shot that can prevent teh pregnancy and then get them fixed immediately.

They'll unstick themselves soon enough.. Looks like you forgot to spay/neuter your pets.. Get it done now.. Dogs don't stick together... They breed. Because you don't know that... you don't know anything else you'll need to know over the next several months.

DON'T do anything to try to "unstick" them, you could injure them.

Just wait and they'll unstick themselves.

Then rush off and have them both fixed, before you have a litter of puppies you don't know how to care for.

What are they stuck together with? Where are they attached to one another? Check with your vet for a solution that will not harm the dogs (especially if it's a chemical compound other than Elmer's Glue in their fur; Elmer's Glue is soluble in water).

if you mean stuck together in a dirty way then the easiest way is (this sounds gross but it works) to get your hand wet it water and then coat your finger tips in suger and rub the base of the male dogs member, the sugar will cause it to retract. my uncle did it on his dogs and it works (he's a vet.)
