When you go grocery shopping, make sure you're not hungry. This will help you to buy only what you need. Make sure you have only healthy food at home so that when you feel tempted to eat something not in your diet, you won't have that option.

Change routines. Or alter them.
Have coffee and a egg and a sammich in the morning? stop drinking coffee.
Have a snack after breakfast, well we already stopped that one habit, so have celery stick and some peanut butter.
Fast Foods, stop eating that garbage, it is 35% sugar and fat.
Sit outside and read, after the walk that we took, staying away from the barrage of adverts on the tv set for this food and that food that are planned or timed around Breakfast,Lunch and Dinner, well ok, read a book outside and play with a yo-yo.
Eat lunch, 1/3 of what you normally have.
Back outside, cut the lawn, with scissors, the rounded end ones like for school kids.
Ride a bike
Dance
Dinnertime, fresh stuff, 1/3rd of what you normally eat.
After you drink the tea or water that finishes a meal, oh almost forgot that part, never drink while eating, it is not wise, and not normal. It is a habit that most of us have, now, but back in the day people drank from wells or streams.

I have a sweet tooth that wont quit,so I decided 2 try a candy called hoodia pops, and 2 my surprise r working they come in all sorts of flavors(my favorite is chocolate) they are an appetite suppressant,and energy booster,and best of all vitamins,they have 20 calories per lolipop,u have 2 drink a glass of water with each 1,look them up on line,I started 2 weeks ago and have lost 10 lbs so far, I also walk 4 about an hour a day.

losing weight is tricky thing it s not a one days job u have to keep going on and on and one day u will achieve what u dreamt off .

first of all be honest to ur self wanna lose that flab which u dndt need no more or not ! the key is to look yourself at the other end of the tunnel !

secondly get into healthier food habits > keep junk at the bay and u never know how tastier the healthier food is for eg . everyday make a routine to include oat meal and lot of fruits and green veggies have healthy shakes and smoothies and once more keep junk at the bay !! it harms u in more ways than u think off!!

I find that when I'm full i'm not hungry... well i think that is with every person. try eating 3 meals a day high in protein and fiber which aid in losing wieght and stopping cravings... and bring lots of healthy snacks- personally i'm a heavy snacker. Fruit, granola bars, yogurt, saltines, veggies, etc. Make them healthy... i find that eating healthy is a key to losting weight along with exercise. Start with walking your dog... or taking a bike ride with the kids and move up from there... power walking, run, jog. I use to hate exercising- i'm not overweight- but now i love it because i look and feel great. *Remember it takes up to 12 weeks to actually show results... so stick to it! Exercise with friends or music it makes it fun!! Good luck!

When tempted drink a glass of water or even a protein shake. Or do not have the things that are tempting you around to be tempted by. If it's food only have healthy food around so you can eat if you are tempted.

When you get hungry. instead of eating have sex. Its a great way to curb your appetite if only for a short time.
