Call Forwarding....?

Question

Does anyone know how to do call forwarding on a phone?? I know we have to it at work, just wondering if anyone knows how to transfer calls to my home/cell and then at the end of the day transfering them back to work. Thanks! :)

here in the Louisiana area we have AT&T and the code for that is *72, then enter the number you want to send numbers to.

It is my understanding that the only place you can do it at phone to be forwarded (otherwise people could capture a phone by calling in from any phone.) Haven't used it.
