I know white women generally are lacking in the booty dept. compared to black woman, and black woman usually have smaller chest than white women.
but.... does this explain this phenomenom?

Yes it does, but I have seen plenty of white woman now who have both and same for black woman, I'm an *** man, only because that's just looks better to me, I am more than happy with small breast even tho throwing some D's on that bird would be cool too

It is because black women have a big booty that sticks out more. This is what we black men see first because it sticks out more than the breasts. Black women do not have smaller breasts though, actually black women have earlier puberty and develop more.
It is not like white women don't have butts though because they do and are sexy. I have actually seen white girls with good booty and it drove me nuts just looking at it!
