I can get so blue even my dog won't hang around me...
I can get so blue that the homeless guys on the street put money in MY hands...
I can get so blue that I cry enough to get dehydrated...
...and then when I go to the ER to get juiced up, they mistake me as being ready for the morgue...
...and then I get REALLY blue 'cause it's cold in there!

I've been downhearted ever since the day we met, our love is nothing but the blues, how blue can you get.
The best version of that song is in Blues Brothers 2000, with Dr. John, Blues Traveler, Paul Schaffer, Grover Washington Jr., Etta James, Lou Rawls and alot of other great jazz and blues musicians.
