those symptoms are much to generalized to make a diagnosis. At seven it could be any one of a number of issues. He needs to be evaluated by a doctor.

I would not jump to conclussions without seeing a physician- or you will drive yourself crazy. It could be a number of things. children (and some adults get nosebleeds from many different things, the most common is from eatting alot of salt/sodium.
About the bruising, most 7-year-olds have many, many bruises (and cuts, scrapes, and who knows what else)
All children, especially active kids, tend to lose and gain weight at different intervals (pre-puberty). Unless it is a continuous loss of 1-2 lbs. per day for more that 3 days, I would not be too worried.
But if it makes you feel better, talk to the childs parent about your concerns

Without further information it is not possible to tell. It could just be he is a little sick right now. For his sake I hope that it isn't, but if he is diagnosed please feel free to contact me - I study leukemia and can provide you with reference sources and the latest news. Until he is actually diagnosed as having leukemia I wouldn't worry - statistically speaking alone it is unlikely.
