I think it's pretty brazen considering they won't lift a finger to stop the illegal flow from their country into ours.

The only thing that will stop the flow of drugs is for Americans to stop using them!Mexico needs to deal with its issues alone. America is helping Mexico enough already by providing public assistance and healthcare for many of its citizens.

No. The police are just as corrupt and are part of those same cartels. They know how to Stop their own people without our help. It's about money and Drugs bring in big bucks. If people in the states were not Drug addicted, they would not have a chance and go out of business. Who was it that said a society that is annestitized is most easily conquered? The cartels just sent the head of an investigator, trying to get information about a murdered American in Cancun. to the police station in Mexico The Department of State has issued warnings to Americans Not to go to Mexico because of the drug wars being carried out there and in Central America. We need to shore up our own act, stop mass Illegal immigration, Build a Wall and secure the Borders, with a few troops and drones to stop it from spilling over into the United States and Check our Ports.

I think anything short of hitting the locations of main drug cartels with a military strike by both governments is wasted time.

That's incorrect because the Mexican businesses and government are losing a sizeable portion of their workforce. They want their people to stay. The only possible advantage to the Mexican government would, perhaps, be that American dollars would get into circulation.
Why shouldn't they ask for help from us? If we work together, our money and military coupled w/ their intelligence and jurisdiction, we can have a greater impact on the drug trade.

Well, the only problem is that a lot of the drugs are coming here, so it depends on what kind of help is requested. If they are asking for money, then laugh all you want at them. But, if it means better border defenses, I am all for that!
The people coming here are sending money back to Mexico, why would they want to stop that? We need to stop giving them money to send back!

That is more BS. Take all their illegal criminal aliens back, train them, then let them fight the drug cartels to make their own country better. We don't want them here.

Their government just wants the U.S. to stop bothering them about the immigrant problem. I think it's ok but sometimes they get scared of their own people or if not, they will just kill them unexpectedly. It is kind of hard living in Mexico, I never been there and I'm not really Mexican but I know because I have been to El Salvador and people say that the poorness is the same. Just stop worrying so much about the immigration problem because all you can really do is vote. Your questions are starting to get annoying because you always have a question about something to do with politics or the immigration.

Round up their manpower from our streets and send 'em back as Mexican police cadets. Or just bomb Mexico, hell, I don't care at this point.
