than i he is very mautry for his age. I have no other prospects for any other men. I'm 38 and i'm horny as hell and the masterbation gets old. And the guy at work wants me to take breaks with him and that's fine but on our 1 hour lunch break i like to do hobbies that i bring to work. He gets all sad i don't know what to do, he acts like he likes me, but when i asked him could we hang out a little sometime outside of work and he said not at this time and ask where we still cool, and said yes. Don't get me wrong when a women is 38 years old and haven't had sex in 12 years, horny. Being around a man that turns her on is not safe there are all kinds of unclean thoughts going on in my head. I'm tring not to tell him that i have been celibate for 12 years and not hurt his feelings. That is one of the reasons why i don't want to go to lunch for an hour with him i need that break from him. The two 15 minute breaks are enough. Can anyone tell me what can i do about this situation.

One make your own decisions. Two if he gets "all sad" when you want to complete your hobby projects then he isnt as mature as you think he is, Three he is interested for the sex with the older woman. Four no sex in 12 years, why not. But hey not at work go someplace else there have to be more men where you are than this one. You answered your own question by saying you need a break from him, You arent living with him, sleeping with him or dating him and you need a break from him, cmon get real move on

To be honest coming from a male perspective..be up front and honest about it. With out going into great detail, just let him know its been a while since you have been with a man..that you find him very attractive ( a boost to any male ) if he doesnt have a g/f or anyone..may he would allow you to act out all those little thoughts :)

stop holding back on the dude for real if u want it then go get, but just make sure of two things that you want him more than for sex but all the same u stay strapped at all times cuz it sound like to me that anything could go down at any second. And those thoughts ani't wrong they are rite!

In this instance you can try and get him to hang out with you outside of work, or you can try and find someone else. No matter what options present themselves they're going to lead to the same outcome, you're either gonna find someone else or you're gonna end up with him.
