Changing his food can cause diarrhea and other stomach issues. He could also be upset about being boarded. It's a very stressful situation.
I'm not sure if he's exhibiting any other behavioral issues but it could be a sign of separation anxiety. Here's a link you can read about other symptoms and how to remedy them.

If it is due to his diet change (which should be done over a time period of 6 days... 2 days 75% old food 24% new food 2 days 50% and 2 days 75% new food 25% old food) then it should get better in a matter of days.
If it doesn't clear up take him to the vet. He may have contracted something from his fellow boarders.
Good Luck

Changing his food could be the cause of diarrhea. His pooping in the house is probably because he had to poop in the kennel and will need to be reminded of where he is allowed to potty. If his shots are current then he should be fine medically. However, boxers are faced with a lot of medical problems such a cancer. If your boxer does not get better soon then you should take him to the vet for a wellness check.

That could be a blocked intestine from a congenital defect to something he's swallowed. Take him to the vet if he's not better ASAP.

any change for a boxer is going to bring about changes when brought home; be patient; change in environment, food etc , water ; bet he is glad to be back home; work with him to readjust him to not being in a kennel;
