I don't Know much about this because I am searching for the suitable diet too. But my advise to you; don't have dinner and don't eat anything after going to the gym so, If I were you I would go to the gym late at night so that I return home and sleep. By the way it is a perfect diet I think it can work but you should keep on it a long time, a month for example. Hope you loose weight and be as you want.

well, I would think that it wouldn't matter what time of day you work out but supposedly it's better in the morning. That's only because you're burning straight fat instead of what you ate all day. But since you're living off of salads then it wouldn't matter. Salads have so little calories that you'd probably lose weight even without exercising. You can eat whatever you want after you work out. I would suggest drinking an electrolyte drink after your workout though. Get the after-workout packets from GNC or Hi-health. That's something you'll need if you plan to spend an hour and a half at the gym for sure.
Well, you'll definately lose weight but I wouldn't try this long term as you're not getting enough variety of foods in. While you're on this diet you should take plenty of vitamins and supplements because of the lack of food in your diet. Also, drink plenty of gatorade/powerade since you're so active.
I don't know, I would say try this for 2 wks. You should lose about 10-18 lbs if you don't cheat in 2 wks I'd say. But then add protein shakes and eggs and stuff to your diet so you don't get too hungry and lose your muscle mass. You don't want to lose your muscle just the fat. Check out diet menus online to get a better idea of what a variety of healthy foods are. Good luck!

You can eat some protein before you go to the gym and eat an salad after wards, don't use their dressing( MC Donald's that is, has all the bad stuff in it)
Eat different kinds of food, avoid any product with high fructose corn syrup, sucralose or saccharine, aspartame, all very bad for you and help you actually to mess up your metabolism, making it harder to loose.
That's a challenge in America, it needs some serious label reading.
If your are really willing to loose weight than do it. Also don't start exercising heavy at once, build it up, ask a trainer at the gym what would be the best routine for you. Your muscles need to make an adjustment.
Good luck.

I agree with the other post, after seeing "Super Size Me" I would never rely on any healthy product from McDonalds, even the salads! The amount of fat and calories is atrocious!
Want healthier... get the stuff from the store to make your own salads, and make them up in advance for the day. Depending on what salad dressing you like... if you like ranch you can dilute it with skim milk OR for added benefit dilute it with salsa.
Its always better to workout in the mornings. It keeps your metabolism going and burning fat through out the day! Also... get some protein into you after going to the gym. Either a protein shake or a protein bar, just one. :-) But your muscles will need that!!
Good luck!

I would vary my diet to start: go with cereal or oatmeal for breakfast, a sandwich with turkey meat and tomato on whole wheat bread or tuna for lunch, vegetables, fruit, chicken breasts, brown rice are some things I definitley would add. Your body needs a variety of foods to get the proper minerals and vitamins.
Secondly you only need to go to the gym about an hour a day. Weightlift Monday, Wednesday and Friday and do cardo 30-40 minutes on Tuesday and Thursday.
I would go to the gym in the morning and after lifting weights it is a good idea to eat some protein afterwords.

OK..first those salads are not that great...the salads themselves without there dressing is sort of OK but the dressings are the killer...just one tablespoon can be up to 20 grams of fat..my suggestion is bring your own..or just use lemon squirted on it..or make your own salads. Do the research and find out the calorie intake you should take and all that. My suggestion is to find out your BMI and BMR. Educate yourself about food and whats in it...that's the easy part.the hard is the choice and your willingness to succeed. Don't diet, they don't work, eat right and make a lifestyle change. Your workouts seem great but if your not giving your body what it needs your not going to lose the weight right.
DO the research and you will be all the smarter and on your way to success.
Good luck!!

Ignorance. If we reach controling our planets climate (that's already going down) we will be able to hinder the following ice age & hold our civilization as a substitute of beginning far and wide once more as cave guys simply as we've got performed earlier than frequently. The truly trick is to acquire concord alternatively than utilizing our climate controling technological know-how as a weapon.(scaler undertaking - technological know-how the soviet union purchased from Nicoli Tesla many years in the past and has been built for the reason that then, Harp - is Americas variation of this technological know-how however we're a protracted approaches clear of the growth they've accomplished.) If the ones in vigour additional increase this technological know-how for the beterment of humanity alternatively than a weapon, we have now acquired a truly threat at keeping off the following ice age at any time when that's schedualed to occur. It is cyclicable and can occur once more simply because it has occurred a couple of occasions earlier than. Wiping out all of our technolog and so much of planetary lifestyles. If we will be able to make it beyond that, I'de say the tip of the arena might then ultimately be long term technological know-how that we don't have any refference to currentlly. Used by way of the ones with warlike mindsets. I doubt the tip of the arena might be the solar cooling down or us ultimately getting sucked right into a black gap. Those choices are too a long way off. I additionally doubt that it might be a meteor when you consider that our technological know-how must quickly be capable to accomadate for the ones long term eventualities.

Have you seen the film "Super Size Me"? Don't use McDonald's as a weight loss routine! Focus on fruits and veggies and whole grains in your diet. Make sure you DON'T
starve yourself because that will slow your metabolism. Your exercise routine sounds pretty good though. Go for it!

-first of all, mcdonalds is FAST FOOD, meaning anything it serves, well the majority is filled with salty-sugary-fatty products.
-from personal experiance, i would eat lots of fruit, and veggies, so stock up.
-take out all of the junk in your cuboard, orfridge, that way when u are craving stuff, or just want to stuff your face, it will be stuffed with healthy things.
-try to pick fruits and veggies with rich colors, they have the most nutrients.
-WATER WATER..and lots of it, i carry a liter with me everywhere i go, and even when i go out to drink i have water, start the day with a full glass and a squeeze of lemon juice, the lemon kills of the bacteria and yucky stuff from your liver.
-clense your body, and start from scratch, stay away for whole milk, don't drink any soda, or eat candy, sugary substances, etc.
try all these things until it becomes habit, usually, it takes 20 or so days, so stay with it.
best wishes, and rooting for ya!
