I am going out with some co-workers after work. Eventually I would like to find someone to date but guys around here don't take much interest in me. Majority of the time they just stare and don't say anything. It is just frustrating sometimes. I can make a first move but if I don't see any interest in the first place then it is hard for me to do.

Try sending out some like cute signals to the guys you like. A little cute smiles here & there. If nothing happens then they have no interest in you.

Where I am it was just like that. I had to always make the move for guys, until one day a guy found me, but he wasn't from around here. So if you have to go to a town over where they don't know you, or just keep making the move yourself. Somebody will eventually come to you.

The best advice I can give you is to just be yourself! If you find someone that you think you can talk to, do it! You're bound to find someone that will at least be a friend! Keep trying to make conversation with them, and keep your instincts ready to bail out if it seems like you're talking to a brick wall.
JUST BE YOURSELF!! You'll charm your way into some wonderful guy's heart!!! :)

MOVE try another town or better still another country. if the place your working for has other copanies ask for a transfer...the problem you have is not you, its the guys their all the same run of the mill type, and your looking for that one guy who sorta stands out . So; my advice is move......

As soon as you stop looking, the right person will tap you on the shoulder. If you see someone you like, go for it. If they are not feeling you at least you know and can scope someone else out. Do not leave your destiny in someone else's hands!
