Is it easier to catch a man playing hard to get or always being available?

Definitely a mixture of the two. It's been said thousands of times, but the best way to get a guy is to act interested in them, and not the relationship. If you're don't act interested in the man, they'll think you aren't (amazing, huh?) and won't give it a second thought, and if you're too interested in the relationship, you'll come across as being needy or desperate.

The only thing better than acting interested in the man and not the relationship is BEING interested in the man and not the relationship. ;)

It's easier to "catch a man" when you respect yourself. Don't be too available until they show a genuine interest in you. But still make yourself available to some extent. You don't want to come off as "too good" or "too snobby". You are just a cool girl who is looking out for herself and that is a good thing.

Don't "play" anything - be yourself. If there's one thing i hate its mind games, so hard to get only leads to frustration. On the other hand, always being available might lead people to get the wrong ideas about you, depending on what you meant by that. As long as you be yourself and are honest with the guy, everything will work out fine.

Get a copy of The Rules and follow them very closely. Men crave what they can't have and only appreciate it if they have to invest emotionally to get it. I'd also suggest reading He's Just Not That Into You so you know when to let go.
