Like most people are like "wow, im, hungry," Stomach growls, etc. And they go feel hungry. I dont get the growling, and what not, I just go right to this HUGE headache. Also after a while the back of my neck makes this "crackling" noise. That one is kinda hard to explane.

A hunger headahce strikes just before mealtime due to low blood sugar, muscle tension, and rebound dilation of blood vessels. I am not sure about the neck cracking. Maybe a coincidence? Maybe you are simply more aware of your head/neck due to the headache and more likely to notice the cracking. To avoid the hunger headaches, eat regular meals with adequate amounts of complex carbohydrates and protein.

Lots of people get headaches when they skip a meal, I think it's low blood sugar.

Not sure about the neck thing, or if that has anything to do with hunger. It might just be tension. A doctor could check that out. If possible, try to find an Osteopath (DO) who does spinal manipulation.

I'm use to getting the headache if I don't eat on time, but the neck crackling sound?? I don't think so. You might want to check that one out with a doctor.

Your headache is probably due to low blood sugar. Eating 6 small balanced meals a day should help keep your blood sugar level.
