Get your kitten a more acceptable toy. However, those ears are pretty irresistable. Just redirect your kitten when you see it playing with the ears. Of course, the dog may nip the kitty one of these times and that might teach it a lesson....

Just leave the poor kitten alone!!
When your dog gets tired of the kitten it will let the kitten know!!!
Don't use a water gun on the poor kitten!!! It is just playing!!!!
I have a 3 year old cat that loves to attack my 4 month old lab puppy. my cat has been doing this since the puppy was 6 1/2 weeks old!!
They are growing closer each and every day!!!
Don't get upset with your kitten just leave the two alone. They will work it out on their own!!!

Let them handle their problems themselves. It is the way they are going to learn to get along together, just like when a new cat is introduced to other cats in a household. They all find their way to co exist.
Of course, he aware if the kitten is hurting the dog and make sure the dog doesn't hurt the kitten in return - it just sounds like the kitten is playing and no harm done.

Keep them separated. The kitten will grow out of it eventually. But until then, try to keep them separated and if you can't, try putting the kitten in a cat carrier so she will maybe calm down a bit.

You dont... Kittens love to play and there isnt much you can do. try asking the vet thay might have somthing you can buy to put on the dogs ears so that when the cat attacks it, he / she will taste it and it will taste sick and he / she wont want to do it again.

you cant really stop a 9 week old from doing anything. its their nature to play. if the dog tolerates it, let her do it. she will grow out of it.
but you can try some catnip toys
