so, i feel like i'm dying. since last night i've had this harsh cough, and nasauea. i've actually just randomly puked a couple times too. and earlier today i started getting this sharp pain in my chest, and also in my back about the same area as my chest.
does anyone know why all this is happening?

you could have some type of influenza. You need to see your medical doctor for an examination to find out exactly what is wrong. Being this sick is not natural and your body is definitely telling you something is wrong. See your doctor as soon as possible.

You've probably got some sort of a viral infection. Get yourself to a doctor to be checked out and get some medications.
