Okay before you go out and cover yourself in bleach or cigeratte ashes.or even buy color remover....try this
windex!
it is amazing! it really does take off color and it should take off color off some of your surfaces that you have it on....not too sure what type of floor you have if you have carpet you are probably just going to have to let it be or bleach it. if then after that you have any tint left on the floor you etc go to sally's or a beauty store and buy the color remover that the above user mentioned. i just think why bother if you have windex or any glass cleaner laying around. it may leave a very faint mark but that's the best it will do!

For yourself, take a bath. These dyes are not permanent.
For the computer desk, and the floor, clean with detergent and bleach. They will leave some mark.
You should be less messy. Hair Coloring is a simple job when you use the right tools.

a product called "ROUX CLEAN TOUCH" this can be bought at a beauty supply and maybe other stores. it is made for this problem. just put on a cotton ball and rub. if it is freash it will clean it right off the desk and floor. if not it will at least fade it enough that a regular cleaner will then take it off. it will take it off your face and neck fresh or not. i am a former lic. cosmotologist and have been using this since the late 70's and still do.

If your really quick, Id get a rag, wet it with water and a bit of soap, and use that to get it off my face and neck... if you havnt let it process on your skin... it should just wipe off. Works for me when I colour my hair brown.
As for your floor and desk, Id use a cleaner and try that before I started with bleach... and you didnt say if you had carpet or wooden floors?

An old hairdresser trick to remove color stains from the skin is rubbing the skin with a cotton ball with cigarette ashes on it. The ashes act as an abrasive.
I know it sounds gross, I wouldn't do it to a client, but hairdressers my senior say it works well.
