I really pity them and just think they should open their eyes and look around them. How can we help them to see the light.

The best thing we can do is try and make their kids inquisitive and interested in science. Those who are older and are already Christians have almost no hope. The children are the answer.

It depends on which of the (beleives) -does that rhyme with Behives?- you mean.

I think someone "saved" you from the spelling teacher. What was the rule?.."I before E except after C and sometimes W and Y " there's another part about "words like "neighbor" and "weigh".

Anyway , in all fairness to yourself, as well as to the Christians that you're gonna "save" form their beliefs (I before E, remember?) Which of these beliefs would you have them "open their eyes" to??

Should they stop being kind to others?? Should they stop trying to be loving to others, even their antagonists and "Enemies"??

Should they stop giving their money as well as some their lives to help people in poorer areas of the earth, so their lives might be better and more happy??

But your most difficult organisational bottleneck is gong to be a logistical ..dumb, there I go again, using big words. Look, how're you going to "save" them? They're the only ones that are presenting a belief system that teaches that it's NECESSARY to get saved: "For there is none other name under name under heaven, given among men whereby we must be saved!" Acts 4:12

Though I've never studied other religious concepts, more than "in passing". I haven't heard or any others (with the possible exception of Islam) that presented any necessity to be saved from or to anything, besides Christianity.

As far as "looking around", " walking circumspectly" (Ephesians 5:15) is a Bible teaching.
So if you're going to encourage Christians to "look around" you are actually encouraging them to follow Jesus' teachings. Why would you want to do that? ! I'm not confused, but I believe (remember "I" before "E") you are!

"Seeing the light" is also an Bible teaching. I think you're gonna have a really hard time. Wanna know somethin' Jesus is REAL. So in the time little puny you and all your cohorts (if you find any) can "straighten out" any Christians, He will have, in the meantime, won thousands to Himself, more'n you could ever count, so why not save YOURSELF a lot of frustration, and worry? Leave Christians and God alone!

What is there to pity about us? Because we believe differently from you somehow we are wrong? Why are you so sure that your beliefs are correct? You can't even spell beliefs! LOL, But seriously, not all Christians blindly believe what the Bible says. Would it surprise you that there is scientific evidence to support the Biblical teachings? Before you assume (you know what it means to assume) that Christians need to "see the light", check this site out (and others like it). I'm surprised how many people think Christians are blind followers without checking out the facts first.

Make Pluto a planet again.

I'm having a field day with science ever since they did that one. I'm going to use it to DRIVE science out of the public schools for teaching OLD WIVES TALES and brainwashing.

Astronomy is still astrology as far as I'm concerned.

OOGGAH BOOGAH mystisicm.

Pluto, here today, gone tomorrow

You're a bunch of strings. You're a bunch of quarks.

We have a billion dollars of hardware on Mars and can't make a decision on LIFE THERE

We see some wave undulations 30 light years away and declare a LIFE POSSIBLE PLANET

35 million miles away, uncertain 30 lights years away highly possible.

Science needs to STOP spending so much time on the Psychic Help Line!

Are you telling me that "nothing" is better than "something" to believe in. Saved from nothing? That is nobel of you but an absolutely rediculous idea. We do look around us and see the light. The light that God created along with every living organism on this planet. Why do you feel the need to change us. What are you saving us from? We have eternal hope and life in Christ Jesus. What hope do you possess? What eternal promise do you hold dear. Yes, I may be delusional, however, Believing in God gives me a hope and a future. I have a relationship with the Master and creator of the universe. I think that is pretty awesome and makes my life have meaning and substance..

Know Jesus Know Peace. No Jesus No Peace.

Thank you for your pity. I do however feel that it is misplaced.
In light of the things happening in the name of Christianity today, I can understand your feelings; but , not everyone who professes Christianity is truly Christian. To be a Christian means to be a follower of Christ, none of us can expect to attain perfection, but it seems that many today think that being a Christian makes them perfect, and that they then have to force others to be as they are. I believe that Jesus was the Christ, the son of God. I try to live my life doing the best I can for myself and others I meet, without expectation of payment or fame. If I am wrong, I still make the world better by my actions, if I am right, I will reap an eternal reward.

Everyone is entitled to their beliefs. If your going to try and "save" them you gotta save everyone else too. Buddhists, Muslims, Jews. Might as well start the religious cleansing now right? There is no light to see. Human beings by nature NEED a higher purpose and whether real or a mental creation who died and left you queen of the universe to take it away from anyone? Im not some half crazed christian. Im a human and i understand human need and human right. So before you become the baptist hitler and start trying to convert people away from possibly the only thing they may have to cling to, ask yourself how happy you are. Then remember even if they may not be right they may be happy with whatever god they think is real.

Any religion or faith based system is about accountability. Christan's choose to believe their salvation's is guarded by the trinity...It is their choice. How/Why is that a problem/concern for you? Personally, I think we can learn from each other. Tolerance, that is the key. I don't pity you...I think you have something worthwhile to say. All Christians aren't created equal...remember that.

Yes, unfortunately many Christians (so-called) believe in their flavor (denomination/sect) of Christianity and not what the Bible teaches. Any group that has a view of Scripture that it is somehow irrelevant today has already missed the boat.

BTW-what part of 'Bama are you from?

I look at it this way - while all those believers are stunting their brains with belief in gods it gives the rest of us a better chance of getting better jobs.
There are in excess of 3 billion True Believers (Xian/Muslim) on the planet - just think if they could focus their whole brain onto their education what a mess they'd make of our economic survival.
They do all the menial tasks that you and I wouldn't stoop to do - no; leave them alone.
Don't wake the monkeys; they’ll scare the horses.

I look around and realize my "beleives" are well founded. I have already seen the Light, so how can I help you?
