where to some people get the impression that another person can save their Soul or that beliefs in a false promise, lies or deceptions can save your Soul ???
Are there that many LOST Souls out there ???
What a pity for the people who think and believe that way...

because 99.9% of the people of the world are cattle and have to be told what to think, what to do, and what to say every second of the day. almost no one can do anything with out approval of the 'moral majority'...

You know, I didn't always know the Bible. I can remember not knowing about it. However, I was drawn to that Bible. I was drawn to believe in it before I even read it.
Do you know of any other "religion" or belief that states that someone "was tortured and gave their life for the sins of the world?" Just so that "we" can be saved? (oh yes, if we believe and receive of course).
Do not pity me, I have that "Blessed Assurance" on my side. Oh what a feeling of safety and Peace that surpasses all understanding. It's there for me.
It can be there for you too, Search and You shall find. As the old saying goes: "Read the Bible, It will scare the Hell out of you!"
I can not doubt it, I can not deny it. It is for real, the times, they are a changing...and Christ is soon to appear. Look up, but be prepared.
Remember too, that ancient artifacts are being found and discovered to prove the life of Christ. Reading the Holy Bible will prove He was the Messiah. (in which many have been waiting for, even those of ancient times...you know in..."BC"?

If you really want enlightenment you will never imagine it yourself or understand it from reading other people's accounts of it. Our ego wants to think that we are the most intelligent person that ever was, this is the nature of an ego. But the truth is if you want enlightenment you will have to humble yourself and seek out people who have attained it, and there have always been this kind of person on earth. For example the guru Mata Ammachi is an enlightened teacher and going to her even for just a visit has a quickening effect on your consciousness. If you are in the same state of consciousnes that you always have been, but think that your philosophy or ideas are enlightened then you are just deceiving yourself. Enlightenment is about an actual change of consciousness, not just adopting ideas that you feel are correct.

It is God who saves souls;
BUT
each individual has a role in this for him or herself.
1) That is allowing God to save him or her.
2) For the saved, it is choosing to allow God to keep that individual.
3) In correction of a person who has gone astray, it is the saved person who shows the person the error of his or her way so that that person who has gone astray can return to the right path.

Yes,but when someone else helps in saving,it becomes easy.An authorised person of God can help someone else in saving one`s soul.

I've yet to see a Christian who says they are the ones doing the saving. Salvation comes from God. All we can do is present the gospel.

If you are correct, that you can save your own soul, then you can determine where it will go after you die.
If you cannot, then I would suggest you rethink your statement!
