Actually, it was driver's ed.
As far as real courses, public speaking, because I became a teacher and it helped me get over the fear of speaking in front of people.
Business math is another one because I learned about how to write checks, figure percents, borrow money,,,,,,,,,, things we all have to do sometime in life.

In school probably maths and english
Everything else (other than the legal practice course, computer skills and typing) was not particularly useful because they focus too much on academia and not practical problem solving.

General business courses including typing, and general business practices. It even included steno back then - LOL!
