Write everything you want to do down, have a look and see which one your intuition/feel you should do first, it might take a few times of thinking before you decide and then put that ambition first over the others know you still want to do those other things and work on whatever it is you want to do.
Or.
Write a list in no specific order of the things you want to do.
then look at the first one, compare it to each other thing in the list, and which everone seems more important to you stick a 1 next to it. then go down the whole list, once you have done this with all of the things you want to do then you should have a clear winner or at least a tie between two then you can toss a coin or something lol!
Good Luck!

Are you a perfectionist? I am and so whenever I have an idea of what to do I tend to procrastinate because things just have to be right in order to do them. What I do now is that I set myself one goal. May that be to further my education, reading a book, quilting or whatever. Then I make myself finish that one thing. I focus on it only. When I am done, I feel like I have accomplished something. You won't find out what you're good at until you try stuff. Just make sure you finish it even if you find it's not for you. You'll be surprised to find that there are many more things you are talented to do than you thought possible.

I have this problem every weekend when I think to myself (not what a wonderful world, I see trees of green, red roses too.....) *ahem* sorry.
When I think what I want to get done over the time I have off.
Short answer is to start by making sure you do the things you HAVE to do first. Cleaning, tidying, whatever.
Then you can have a look at the weather or what your feelings are strongest towards doing and decide which thing to start with. I suppose not to dissimilar to going to a restaurant and looking at the menu. There's always something you really want even though other things might catch your eye and tempt you.
It's probably best if you don't try to do lots of little things because that isn't as fulfilling. Try to make sure you do just one or two things and really enjoy them as much as you can.

Take a course in philosophy, perhaps ethics. Learn how to analyze your True Will, and study which of your values are intrinsic (for themselves) and which instrumental (for their usefulness in acquiring other values). The classic examples are the intrinsic value of love compared with the instrumental value of money.
Then you will need to order your priorities according to cause and effect as well. Which skills are necessary to achieve your goals? Which skills must be learned first in order to be able to learn the others? Reading comes first, naturally, as you need to be able to read the text books of the other studies. Mathematics, at least to the extent it is necessary for your goals, is a high priority as well. After that, you get into what is needed for what you want to do.
As you decide what you want to do, you will need to be honest with yourself about what your talents and limits are. You may have a great artistic soul, but if you cannot learn to use the materials of your art (paint or musical instruments or fabrics or whatever), that soul will be tortured by frustration.
Once you have a rough outline of your priorities, keep an eye on the need to reorganize according to changing circumstances. Come into some unexpected money? Don't waste it away before you look long and hard at what it can do to further your long-range goals.
Good luck!

You need to make a list first of all of all that the things that you wish to do. Or a Timetable just like you used to have in school.
Then break down these lists in smaller lists of things that you could do say in the next week, i.e. Tidy out cupboards in house. Clear out garage of rubbish.
Then there could be a list of things that you could work towards i.e. go travelling for a month in years time. Beside this you need to write how can you accomplish this, do l need extra money (look for extra part time work to save up for it ) or cut look at ways of cutting expenditure i.e. give up cigs/drink/sky etc... Also speak to your manager at work to see if possible to have time off for a month is this possible.
Mainly once you have decided what you want to do....do it having set yourself a timetable of events!!!! Go for it life is too short to not do anything and by the way Good Luck

Make up a list on those things that you want to achieve, own or try. Seperate them into 3 lists. Long term, medium term, and short term. Then take each list and move the items around until that list feels like it represents your level of interest or desire. Most ot least. Now you have a basis upon which to make decisions about immediate activities.

Well it is good that you have a lot of dreams.....and you may end up doing all the things you want.....whos to say you wont, but you should prioritize the things you want to do in order of how important they are to you. Work on the first thing on your list first and then when youve accomplished that, then move on. This way you wont be so overwhelmed with too many things too do at once.
Good luck!

Write a list of all of your dreams.
Determine for each of the dreams exactly WHY it sticks with you and haunts you and tempts you off your current path. Is it for:
1) Talent/creativity/passion fulfillment,
2) The potential rewards (e.g. wealth),
3) Because it sounds neat-o and would help you achieve a vision you have for yourself and how you want others to perceive you?
Be honest with yourself. Every dream you have has a deeper motive.
Also, don't discount the third item above by thinking that you are above such shallowness. You are not. Within each one of us is a desire to be perceived in a certain way by others. We go through each day looking at others and what they do and how they look and come up with perceptions about them. Then we go home and fantasize about an external perception we want to create for ourselves based on our collective observations. It sounds shallow - but it isn't. Because what you have effectively done is established what you value in others. And there is nothing wrong with taking that, applying it to yourself, and living what you value!
So once you have really done your diligence with each of your dreams, and explored WHY it is on your list, you will have a good idea about what to do next.
If you want to work for wealth and live for your passions, then pick the items that fall under category 2 as a career and explore light-versions of the items in 1 and 3 for side hobbies (e.g. instead of going to culinary school to become a professional chef, take a cooking class for fun).
If you want to live for work and work your passions, then pick from category number 1.
Or, if you want to pursue a future-vision of yourself that you have crafted based on what you have seen in others (and want to replicate, in your own way, in yourself), then pick from number 3.
