Hi, some spelling is not right, but by the way of reading, i guess it's
"Rainen (next year) no kono hi mo(Same time/ same day) issho ni (together) (VARATEJOH)(????) ( its it WARATTE YO?) (laugh together)
if direct translate, next year as well, at this day, let's laugh together.
but then, we use this sentence is more of let's always be happy even next year comes.

no is a possessive, so it's
Next year's
kno hi .... Well hi could be day.
mo ... is also
isso ni is probably issho ni, which is together
varatejoh ... i have no idea
So it's: Next year's blank also, together blank.
