Of course they do. You can learn things in your dream about yourself, others and life. Several people have been stuck with something and woke up after having a dream and they had the solution they needed. I have read about this happening with writers and inventors. I have also had dreams that changed my life, or otherwise affected me. Most dreams aren't like this, they are just dreams, but some dreams certainly impact our lives. Learning to have lucid dreams even lets us enter a dreamworld just to find a specifc answer to something or do pretty much anything else we want. Also Sig Fraud was a complete coke head of a hack whose ideas are constantly being discredited.

Yes. Sometimes they wake you up, and you'll be sleepy during the day if your sleep is broken too much. They also play a role in recharging your brain during the night, though scientists have yet to fully understand how. Other than that and providing you with a semi-interesting story the next day, they have no impact. If you dream you will die, it doesn't mean you'll die. If you dream about your ex, it doesn't mean you should get back together. They are just dreams.

It depends on what significance you give them.I am however a strong believer in astral travel and dream interpretation.Dreams its said are a window to your soul.If you start to meditate and and get your body well rested you will not have to sleep to dream.Do you know that by the time you wake up in the morning your day has already been lived. What one calls the dream state-If not induced by alcohol, drugs etc is the present your waking hours are the past.Do you ever remember having a conversation with someone and catching yourself mid stream because you remember having the same conversation,or going to a place for the first time and knowing right away you've been there before? If you wish to continue the conversation email me.

Thanks God for dreams actually.
Dreams takes u 2 a whole -diff dimension.
Dreams can be a good one or bad.
But it's all in the chemistry of the brain or somethin' like tat.
The internet, written materials & practitioneers is whr one's able 2 get interpretatn of dreams. U'll be suprised.
For example - if u dream of a snake chasing u in the jungle or somethin - it means someone in the real world is talking bad or hv bad intentions abt u.
So, do ur research & be informed.
A fellow dreamer.

From my own experience I can tell you that dream is nothing but what you think subconsciously. For example if you are very anxious about your exam then you may get a dream as if you are appearing for the exam etc. I dont know about dreams foretelling anything about future or past though.

I have experienced dreams that leave me feeling them all day. For example a dream that my husband is cheating on me, I will wake up angry with him and feel weird about it during the day, I have to keep reminding myself that it was just a dream. They can be very real and overwhelming sometimes.

They do not have any impact on your life. They show you what you think and how you reflect on various aspects of life. If you can analyse them properly, you may understand yourself and get to know many more things in life.

You should divide your dreams to clear dreams and not clear dreams. You should try to understand the clear dreams , and change your life to the best way.You can ignore the not clear dreams.
