How do I dis-able PERMANENTLY the office assistant?
I can turn it temporarily i.e. each session, but it keeps coming back! I hate it. Thanks.

right click on him, go to options, there is an option to never use him

If you double click that annoying little thing, go onto the options, their should be a 'hide office assistant' tick box

Right-click on the Assistant and turn it off.

click on help in the menu and then choose 'hide office assistant' from the drop down menu.
