Eat smaller meals, slowly. Exercise at least 30 minutes a day, 4 days a week. It's not that hard, if you actually do it.

A good guideline to losing weight is simple enough to say, but hard to actually do. You have to start eating right and exercising - there is really no simple healthy way to lose weight fast. I would recommend cutting back the carbs and eating 6 small meals a day (about 300 each) and eating no carbs for dinner - eating no later than 7PM. Also, start doing a lot of cardio - like walking or running. 1 hour a day you will definitely start to see some results. You of course can take Sunday's and even Saturday's off from the exercise if you want. Lifting weights is another way too - as you will burn a lot more calories. You will actually continue burning calories even after you are done lifting weights. You could also join a gym and hire a personal trainer for a month - they can jump start your excercise/eating routines that you can follow moving forward. Good luck!

Yes I can give you a guideline to loose weight. Here it is: - (1) Reduce your diet by 25%. If you feel weekness, take the decided diet in two parts. i.e. with interval. Remember it is a slow process, may take two to four months; I am confident that the desired result will be seen approachable.

Moderation in your eating and healthy food choices. Eliminate junk foods and processed foods. Deli meats and packaged meals. You are going to have to review your eating habits and make some changes! Included would be exercise as well as good eating.
Dont torture yourself, start slow. Perhaps start by making your meals smaller. Instead of butter, use a substitute that is low in fats, watch the labels on what you eat. Smaller meals and healthy snacks in between is your best start.
Join a support group on line as well if you like. And be sure to get out and get some exercise.... I park my car at the farthest end of the parking lot when I shop, use the stairs instead of elevators when reasonable, and even have looked up passive exercises I can do while I'm at work.
Hope you have good luck!

I found this really neat website yesterday, its called sparkpeople.com It has menus that you customize and fitness trackers and a ton of Msg boards to have people like you help! I joined, my name is ajgilliam on it if u'd like to talk (through the website). I am not paid by them or anything, I just found it by typing free weight management into yahoo's search engine!
